  • What is the purpose and nature of presentations?
  • Why and how all presentations start before they start.
  • The need for clearly defined outcomes.
  • Understanding your audience.
  • Structuring the presentation and sequencing the content from pre-introduction to ending.
  • Session 2 11.00am – 12.30pm
  • Rehearsal – from learning to performance and emotional management.
  • How to manage adrenalin and your emotional state to deliver a brilliant performance.
  • How to manage humour, questions, silence and ‘mark space’.
  • Preparing for and managing questions.
  • Why and how all presentations end after they end.
